From the Mizzou presser, sounds like the issues aren't worked out yet, but they are working together on them.

Just asked about the Mizzou - SEC rumors. Admits that everybody has had conversations with every conference, but says that Big 12 is united effort and that is over. Refused to say if there was an offer.
