AFA had the ball inside the Houston 10 yard line (I think - maybe 15 yard line?). On a 3rd down with 16 or so seconds left after using the last time out, the AFA QB tried some play action but lost his footing and fell at about the 11 second mark. Rather than just leaving the ball on the ground, the QB quickly stood up and tossed the ball to an official and the offense sprinted off the field while the special teams unit sprinted onto the field.
