Riley is horrible, and if Tedford has any conscience Best doesn't play. Utah should win this game. I think Cal might be returning to being Cal, that contract extension last year might not have been the best decision.

When I see a team like Cal that's lost three games by 24+, I wonder how well they can compete.

      I really like Utah's chances.

I like that Wynn will be playing essentially in his hometown. He should play well and bring a lot of confidence going into next year.

I've run the numbers. Utah by 32.
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

That's a good point; dude just graduated six months ago and should know a ton of people in Oceanside.

I thought Dirk Digler graduated last December. Wasn't he in spring camp with the Utes?

For my Ute brethren, a few unity avatars!

Hey when are your song girls going to get with the program and start chest-bumping each other?

For whatever reason, the Song Girls have a harder time chest bumping each other.

I'd say the primary reason is about 200 cc's of saline. badum-ching

Are any Ute fans from this board attending the game?

The bowl announcements came after the deadline for me to be able to ask for time off at work, so I will be watching from my couch. I might have been able to pull off Vegas, but not San Diego.

I wanted to and my two sons and I tried to figure out how to do it. My wife, daughter and I are going to Salt Lake to spend Christmas there with the boys. To go to the game I would have had to fly to SLC on the 20th, fly back to San Diego on the 23rd, and fly right back to SLC on the 24th. The flights available were not great either. Long story short: It didn't make sense, so we'll all be watching the game together in our place up there!

Maybe we should put together another CUF gathering, either that day or later on during the holidays.
