I once rode a ski-lift with an old lady who taught at Florida State in the early 90s (when FSU was a powerhouse). She had all sorts of stories about the cops and school waiting to press charges or begin investigations until after football season.

I think Urban is well over 30 player arrests during his time at Florida.

I'm guessing that he knew and didn't care about the difference between the BCS players and non-BCS players when he bolted from Utah to Florida, as Urban is all about Urban. He's a helluva coach, but lacks integrity, as do most BCS coaches.
