The fact that in the middle of a thread about the game you have to thrown in a post about Whits wife allegedly getting hit. Then because you get no reaction you start a seperate thread dedicated to that.

Not to mention just about every post you have made in the past 24 hours has been a dig on Hall.

I did say most. Not all. Their are several Ute fans on this board that I really like. On the flip side quite a few that will continue to bring up Max Halls comments for the next 5 years to deflect attention away from the fact that Utah lost. Its a weak defense mechanism.

It's just a stupid game, cj. Hating life over its outcome shows a remarkable lack of perspective. You might have the most blue-colored goggles of all-time, but I still often enjoy reading what you write. Don't stoop to the "drunks and inbred" routine. It's beneath you.

FAIL as usual. I'm sure there are some people whose lives are so pathetic that they vicariously live through a football team, but I am not one of them. I didn't watch last year's game for example; I had more pressing concerns. But if "most" of the fans are drunks and inbreds as you report, that would be a sad state of affairs and I can only take your word on it, being a successful sociologist and all.

How far back is too far when talking about wins? BYU fans say they have won 3 out of 4. I heard last night that Utah had won 5 out of 8. Both are true. It's also 5-5 in the last 10 and 10-10 over the last 20. To me the win that should count the most is the most recent one and streaks are meaningless past 4 years. In my lifetime BYU is 26-12. To me that is domination. Someone a few years older or a few years younger would see a more even series over their lifetime.

I think it would be accurate if you said most Ute fans are drunks or inbred. While the majority are obviously either one or the other, the last I checked the number of Ute fans who are both drunks and inbred was still just under 50%, so "most" is not technically accurate. You seem to be a bit of a numbers guy, so I apologize if you have some fresh data showing otherwise that I'm not aware of.
