Congrats to Utah State breaking their road losing streak, although, they did their damnest to give it away in the 2nd half. Good win over a decent team."The first thing I learned upon becoming a head coach after fifteen years as an assistant was the enormous difference between making a suggestion and making a decision."
"They talk about the economy this year. Hey, my hairline is in recession, my waistline is in inflation. Altogether, I'm in a depression."

The BCS at-large picture became a lot muddier today; #7 Ga Tech lost, #9 Pitt lost, and #12 OSU lost. Ga Tech and Pitt can still get in by winning their divisions next week, but now there's no way they could lose next week and still nab an at-large a la the SEC loser, so it's division title or bust.
It looks like the eligible teams for the 3 auto-bids will be:
-SEC loser (12-1)
-Boise State (12-0)
-Iowa or Penn State (can't take both; both are 10-2, Iowa beat Penn State)
-Virginia Tech (9-3)

In a list of potential BCS match-ups for TCU, I would've picked GaTech 2nd behind the SEC runner-up (before yesterday, at least). Cincinnati would be 2nd now.Originally posted by Fiyero View PostUpdated bowl projections: http://espn.go.com/college-football/bowls/projections
