This thread is an example of the dominance of CUF.
I know UFN has a picture gallery area. In less than 4 or 5 days, we have put together something that blows the UFN gallery out of the water, and their galleries have probably been up for years.
Cougarboard doesn't even have such an archive.
Despite this, the lesson reiterated this week is that both Utah and BYU have the exact same fanbase. The Holy Week rivalry is basically an exercise in self-loathing because red and blue represent two sides of the same person.
CUF is superior because 2/3rds of our posters aren't 22 year old RM/juniors at BYU and the site isn't run by a guy who (literally) thinks his CB work is fulfilling his mission from God.

Interesting point. I'd say it a little differently: The rivalry resembles a family fight -- it certainly has all the characteristics.

Well, there is one glaring difference: Many of the pictures of Utah fans that have been shown are in a tailgating setting. You'd be pretty hard-pressed to find the same representation of tailgating at BYU.
