And they lose.Originally posted by USUC View PostWasn't this from the Colorado game? Man the south division was awful that year.Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!
For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Me neither. I figure that if it's good enough now, I should post it, even if it was posted two years ago. Plus, even if it was posted two years ago, people might have missed it so it would be a disservice to not post it now.Originally posted by Surfah View PostMan I can't remember what has been posted or not.

I was at the CU game (my Ute buddies invited me and is the first non-BYU game I'd been to in years) and it was a very cold day. That doesn't look like an extremely cold day picture but I could be wrong.Originally posted by USUC View PostWasn't this from the Colorado game? That makes it even worse. At least in 2011 they were only two wins away.Originally posted by Blueintheface View PostI was at the CU game (my Ute buddies invited me and is the first non-BYU game I'd been to in years) and it was a very cold day. Hey, I could be wrong, the sign would make more sense on that day than it would against a non-PAC-12 team early in the season. We'll need a Ute in attendance to confirm.Originally posted by USUC View PostThat makes it even worse. I'm not even sure what pictures you guys are even talking about at this point. The "Smelling Roses" shot looks like TCU 2010. Despite being in October, it was too damn hot to be wearing all black. Or maybe that was just the anger. The "2011 Pac 12 Conference Champs" shirt could have been any game that season, since whether they had beaten Colorado or not, being conference champs was beyond a ridiculous notion. For being November, I remember the temperatures were very comfortable for the first half. (And that's coming from my pansy Vegas body.) It started to get cool for the second, but maybe anger burns off more quickly in late fall.Originally posted by Blueintheface View PostHey, I could be wrong, the sign would make more sense on that day than it would against a non-PAC-12 team early in the season. As a side note, I've traveled to two Utah games in the last few seasons. Both mentioned in this post. I granted myself a self imposed ban on all games until Utah can once again show that they can compete in a big game. (And yes, I'm slightly embarrassed by the inference that Colorado 2011, constituted a "big game.")I told him he was a goddamn Nazi Stormtrooper.
