No, I think that letting the Huntsman Cancer Center piggyback off the state's best basketball coach is all for a good cause.

Coach Rose credits the HCI with saving his life, and provides direct quotes to the website, but hey, God forbid a BYU fan gives the same credit to a Utah-affiliated institution.

This is a pretty douchey comment, imo.

I agree. Rose's story is something that both fan bases can feel good about.

I mentioned that Coach Rose's life saving surgery happened in Las Vegas, and you provided a link backing me up. I don't think anyone has a problem with him supporting the Huntsman Cancer Center, and I have every indication that they were instrumental in his care. Considering the tone of the rest of this thread, I don't see what the problem is.

                  Could you please explain why?

                    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

From the BYU - Texas game. 1 of several Utes in attendance in full battle regalia. (BTW, this thread is my second favorite part of rivalry 2 weeks)
