Max Hall was very good tonight. He should be MWC OPOY when it is all said and done. The turning point in the game was his fantastic run on 3rd down that was called back for a hold. Getting the 1st down, even though it was called back, allowed the team another shot to get the 1st. SDSU had momentum and was fired up. Without that play, SDSU could have tied it up.

I was really impressed with Max Hall's decision making and scrambling ability today.

Our inability to run the ball effectively straight at SDSU tonight really highlights how important Tonga is. I was very frustrated with our performance before it occured to me that he was not in there. I am still frustrated but understand better now.

I agree about Tonga. It also seemed like we were juggling linemen in and out. Seemed like a lot of new faces in there.

Game was fun to be at.

              Our DB's were getting shredded.

Rich probably had his worst game of his career at BYU.

Hall on the called QB run that went for 20 was nice.

              Kick returns looked good.

              Easily 50% plus BYU crowd.

              Tailgate with FMCoug was rad.

DDD not getting the chance to meet the family... boo

Max Hall had a PE of 169.14

JJ Dilugi had his 2nd straight game with more than 60 yards receiving, he also averaged 28 yards on 3 kickoff returns.

10 different players caught passes for the 3rd straight game.

The Tick, we just missed each other at FMs tailgate (which was rad, you are correct). I asked after you but FM indicated that you had literally just left minutes before. He did show me your car, though. It was nice meeting your car, at least.

We arrived at the Q parking lot at about 2PM. By the time I parked and walked over, it was about 2:15. FM definitely did it up nicely with all that beef and brats. yum. Also, the proximity to the SDSU tailgate was awesome because that house band was pretty good.

LOL. Tell me about it. I actually upped it to $100. I had to leave right after the score was 28-21 BYU. The defense looked absolutely inept. Oh well, it could be worse. I could have lost Triplet or Viking money.

I don't bet on games, so Triplet money would be a big fat zero.

For those that do gamble, you do realize that the Church has been pretty clear about this, right?
