Boise will lose to Idaho. Trust me.

What level of faith are you putting on this one? SUGAR BOWL faith or other? If it is SUGAR BOWL level I will follow through with a friendly wager with some of my offshore website friends.

Also, I watched the interview and I did not see it as a slap to Bronco or BYU. He followed it up with looking at each game individually and focused on the next game at hand..

I think people may be trying to make a mountain out of a molehill...

If anything I think the guy who did the interview was taking a swipe. That's if he even knew about that slogan (Which I think he did not)..

Maybe we are making a Mountain West Conference out of a WAC molehill.

I don't think it was a dig at BYU, but I do think it was BYU-influenced.

The phrase has clearly entered into the common vernacular of the MWC and WAC conferences. Ute fans went ahead and made their own t-shirt with the phrase on it (obviously as a mocking gesture....no problem with that). Other coaches in the MWC undoubtedly took note of the motto that year, as well.

Fans of the B12 or Pac10....they don't know nor care about BYU-s t-shirt.

People know "quest for perfection" like they know "misremember" from Roger Clemens. So I am not surprised that some will now use it.

Supposedly the interviewer is a BYU Grad and if that is true, my guess is he new of the slogan.
