  • I wonder is Pop gets fined again. Spurs playing a back to back against GSW on national tv and the big three are out. Parker due to injury, Duncan and Ginobilu for rest.

A report earlier said he wouldn't be, because he had informed the league ahead of time that they were going to be sitting. I'm not sure what difference that makes, because it isn't like they were able to televise another game instead. I'm just pissed he's doing it against GS.

Don't worry Pop has your back Jazz fans.

Go in to Golden State and win. Great win for the Spurs.

So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

I can't imagine he has much left in the tank after all of this.
At least his contract is up after this season, right?

Thanks, Popo, for sitting Duncan and Ginobili on the road in order to get the win. You are an evil, but effective, wizard.

It was a fun game to watch and a nice win for the Spurs' bench, even if Splitter goaltended that put back at the end.

Definitely looked very close to a goal tend from the angle above the rim, however the other angles it did not.

Whenever I see a close play with multiple angles I hearken back to the TCU-BYU football marathon when the TCU player appeared to fumble near the goalline in OT. From one angle I remember it appeared clear that he had broken the plane. Another still-photo made it look like the ball was out well before he scored.

Brooklyn is a disaster right now. This was not a team built for long term, but I thought that they would finish 3rd or 4th in the East. Nothing is going right for that team. Add in Jason Kidd trying to learn how to be a head coach and firing Frank and then the injuries to AK, Deron, Terry, etc...wowzers. It will be fun to see who will come out as a better team - the Knicks or the Nets. Sheesh. It would suck to be an NBA fan living in that area.

                          • MCW had a monster dunk against the Bucks. He has to be the fav for ROY, right? I also think that he as a legit shot at an All-Defense team. I wish the kid was ballin like this against Michigan. SU would have had another championship last year.

I think he has to be the favorite right now with Burke and Oladipo right behind.

                              • BTW, Anthony Bennett has a PER of 1.68.

In terms of PER, that basically makes him the worst player in the leagut not named Marquis Teague who has a per of .45.
