                        hearing about these guys hanging themselves in their prison cells, I had to wonder if they leave a noose in the cell, but tell the inmate "sure the noose is here, there is a hook on the ceiling and a chair over there, but don't use them to hang yourself, dangit!" <wink, wink>

                        but I guess the bed sheets and a window work pretty well too.
