my point is, quarter roll, that I don't think there are any of those "alleged fans" here posting on this site., so you lamenting the rise of Cubs fans elsewhere doesn't really make sense, in fact, given your proclivity to denigrate everyone and anyone, it kinda comes off as though you were pointing a finger at everyone who has posted favorably of the Cubs in this thread.

Those who live outside of a major MLB market are doomed to suffer the onslaught of bandwagon fans. They have no home town to root for and so they choose whoever is hot. It's a fact of your life based on your geography. Find a productive way of dealing with it and spare those of us who don't have to.
