For RSL to crush a team like LA minus Saborio and Johnson (even though the Galaxy were down Ricketts and Donovan) is really awesome. And the way Rimando and Olave played despite being questionable speaks to their toughness and leadership.

We sat a couple of suites down from the Jimmer. He was in the RSL suite. On the third goal, they had a picture of Jimmer up on the Jumbotron. Much of the crowd was cheering for Jimmer when Morales unleashed his beautiful shot for the third goal.Originally posted by LiveCoug View Post

RSL looked great on Saturday. They have started this year very strong. I jumped on the bandwagon last season, so I don't and couldn't appreciate this to the same degree that LiveCoug and fuegote are enjoying it.

I had season tickets for years 2 and 3. Lost interest because of the crappy team and the crappier FO. This cup final is the first time I've had any kind of desire to watch them play again. I think I'll pick up tickets to that one.Comment
