I'm looking forward to tonight (despite the crap weather). Without Saborio, Johnson, Alvarez, and Olave (possibly) it will be a challenge, but at least the Galaxy are missing Donovan.

Nick Rimando is fighting through injury as well. He should play, but he will play in pain. Bone spurs are not fun.

Also, if RSL loses (yes, loses, BO.. ) to the Galaxy to snap their home non losing streak, that will almost be as painful as the 3-0 Utah defeat of BYU. Well, not really as painful, but similar.

RSL looking very good. Up 2-0 in the first half.

There has been a Jimmer sighting as well...

For RSL to crush a team like LA minus Saborio and Johnson (even though the Galaxy were down Ricketts and Donovan) is really awesome. And the way Rimando and Olave played despite being questionable speaks to their toughness and leadership.

I jumped on the bandwagon late, but holy cow this is a fun club to be a part of.

We sat a couple of suites down from the Jimmer. He was in the RSL suite. On the third goal, they had a picture of Jimmer up on the Jumbotron. Much of the crowd was cheering for Jimmer when Morales unleashed his beautiful shot for the third goal.

Several of the people near us spent the secong half trying to get the perfect Jimmer picture.

RSL looked great on Saturday. They have started this year very strong. I hope they show well in Costa Rica.

                  RSL! RSL! RSL!

Even with a loss they win!

First MLS team ever to make the CONCACAF champions league final. Awesome!

I jumped on the bandwagon last season, so I don't and couldn't appreciate this to the same degree that LiveCoug and fuegote are enjoying it.

I'm still extremely stoked about it, though. Salt Lake City gets to see a trophy raised on April 27th, and hopefully it's RSL who does the celebrating.

Great series for RSL. Uncharted water for an MLS team.

They are such a fun team to watch.

The commandeering of Euro soccer names for the MLS teams is ridiculous.

Real, Sporting, United, FC. The wannabe Euro bullshit just drives some people away.

Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

This is a special, special team. Such a joy to watch.

Crazy that basically RSL's JV team just dominated New England on the road like that tonight.

Makes me want to get tickets for Wednesday. Schuler is a stud -- that header of his off the corner was awesome.

I had season tickets for years 2 and 3. Lost interest because of the crappy team and the crappier FO. This cup final is the first time I've had any kind of desire to watch them play again. I think I'll pick up tickets to that one.
