    [QUOTE=cougjunkie;528860]

I liked the Eminem Chrysler commercial [QUOTE]

It was a well made commercial, I agree. But given the irrational Detroit pride I live with every day, it's hard to square the commercial with the reality.

It would have been more realitic if Eminem had been dealing drugs and bribing city officials out of that Chrysler.

One more thought before I call it a night. This game was the Packers season in a nutshell - loose players and overcome it. I have to get a new baseball cap now, my is obsolete. It has the Packers as 3 time Superbowl champions.

I may be small, but I'm slow.

A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."

Steve Young just mentioned that GB is the second youngest team in the league (that was probably mentioned scores of times, but it's the first time I heard it).

Yikes. Rodgers, Matthews, Jennings, Jones, Raji, Tramon Williams -- those guys are going to be around for awhile. And Jermichael Finley, one of the best TEs in the league, was on the IR.
Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Doritos commercial by BYU students? Was that the reincarnation one?

The only players over 30 that play at all are Woodson, Pickett, Driver, and Clifton. They have a total of 6 players on the active roster and 2 on IR over 30

That is funny because all week we heard here in Utah how if you needed a QB to make a play to win a game, they would take Roethlisberger over the guys you mentioned. I think Big Ben is good at evading pressure and making something out of nothing, but if I were a Steelers fan, I wasn't feeling like we were going to win when we got the ball back.

I can rest easy at 5-0 knowing we're not staring at 7-1.

Honestly being impartial, I thought that was the funniest one of the game.

Me too. It certainly made the biggest impact as it made people laugh and throw up at the same time.

I agree although he was playing with fire on a few of those throws. The 2nd TD very easily could have been picked. I don't know that he saw the second safety closing, though maybe he just has juevos of steel.

A few drops at key times, mostly on 3rd downs (Nelson, Jones, other WR whose name I am forgetting with long hair) really kept the game from getting out of hand.

Thankfully, I can go back to hating Green Bay tomorrow. But Rodgers sure was fun to watch tonight.

There is always that guy that you are happy to see finally win a Superbowl. Charles Woodson is that guy for me.

Charles Woodson breaks his collarbone and still tries to play. That guy is a warrior.

I've always liked Woodson. He was a good Raider. I am happy he got the ring he couldn't get in Oakland.

One other thing the Steelers triple option for the 2pt conversion was a thing of beauty.

Maybe that will be the new wildcat next season. It looked good.
