  • Kid is a Yankees, Lakers, Cowboys, University of Texas (college football) and Duke fan.

Good gravy. So far that's the only legitimate reason to dislike him. I know he grew up in a town where there's basically no one to cheer for, but come on!
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Cant' blame him. He grew up in a town where you know who to bet on.

The kid is just rad. Another big night. 3-4, 1 RBI and 2 runs scored. Also had a SB. He's hitting .295 now and OPS is .908. He's finding his groove. I should add he is leading the 1st place team in a tough division in average, OBP and SLG. Not bad for a 19 year old kid.

I am really glad that I get to watch good baseball since I don't get to see the Dodgers often. The Nats are a lot of fun to watch if you're a baseball fan. They are super aggressive. They manufacture all kinds of runs. And then their pitchers throw tons of strikes and lead the league in strikeouts. They're pretty good defensively and they have some arms in the OF.

He seemed to get a little lost against a big time opponent here. Was even jawing at the ump and getting frustrated. Yeah, not his best day at the plate, sort of a loss of composure and discipline. Did have a couple of great defensive plays however.

                          • He looked like a 19 year old out there today. I think he was frustrated with the strikezone as a lot of the Nats were. The ump had a very large strikezone and wasn't very consistent with his calls. It caused him to chase some balls he normally lets go. He let his displeasure known after his 5th strikeout by flipping his bat on the plate and slamming his helmet down and staring down the ump on his way back to the dugout. The Nats crew were very vocal about that being something he should apologize for after the game and that you never want to show up the umps because they'll make your life difficult.

I effing hate the Yankees. And Brad Lidge sucks ass. I wish he were still on the DL. After blowing two games in a row I hope Davey leaves his ass on the bench.

Or they could just fire him.
