Do you know how stupid you sound?Originally posted by SloanHater View PostAfter a few days in SLC I remember why most Jazz fans are such morons. You simply parrot the terrible sports talk radio of SLC.
Big Al is an All-Star. The Jazz couldn't have gotten an All-Star in return THIS year, so why trade him? Even better, simply cut him and get NOTHING in return.
If the Jazz feel that Favors and Kanter are ready next year, Jefferson will be gone, when his value is at its peak. Ie expiring contract and with the possibility to resign long-term.
Learn something about the salary cap/CBA and keep your terrible ideas to yourself.

As awesome as Elder Hayward's blocks were, i think my favorite play was the interior pass from Favors to Kanter 3 plays later. If Favors can figure the passing game out, the sky's the limit for him.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

His passing has been significantly better lately.Originally posted by Donuthole View PostAs awesome as Elder Hayward's blocks were, i think my favorite play was the interior pass from Favors to Kanter 3 plays later. If Favors can figure the passing game out, the sky's the limit for him.
Favors needs to learn how to finish at the rim better as well. But he's shown significant improvement even in 2 months.

I'm so sick of Corbin.
I'm glad that his option hasn't been picked up, yet. Hopefully a first round exit in the playoffs isn't enough to convince the Jazz that he's the long-term guy.
How is it that Pops has Manu coming off the bench while two young guys (Kawhi and Green) start? All the while the Spurs are on a 6 game win streak and poised to take the top spot in the West?
Why can't the Jazz with more talent than the Spurs figure out a rotation that isn't all veterans and all young guys? Imagine how much better Favors and Burks would be if they had been starting all year..
I also don't think Corbin has any idea how to read stat splits from ESPN.com. Surely a couple clicks and he could have seen this before the road trip:
CJ Miles
MIN FG% 3P% FT% OR DR REB AST PTS
Home .442 .328 .800 0.6 1.8 2.4 1.1 12.0
Road .292 .276 .792 0.4 1.4 1.8 1.3 6.6
