Hooked up my bike to Blackburn trakstand so I can ride indoors. Only rode for 30 minutes as it gets hot quick riding indoors. Beats not riding.Comment

I have a bunch of Spinervals that I train with in the winter. Those can get boring, so I put the GoPro on my bike and recorded my mountain ride today and burned a dvd of it so I'll have something different to train to. So I got in 13 miles yesterday while pulling a daughter (and, for half those miles, some groceries), so that will have to be equivalent to the 20+ miles I wanted to get in this weekend.
