You are correct about my daily 20. It's really hard for me to change a daily habit that's working. I keep telling myself to ride further but I don't. The weather comments are because it's usually still hot and humid through October here in far eastern North Carolina. No biking today because of heavy rain and wind. Ran 4 miles at the YMCA on treadmill. Felt very sluggish. 8:34 average.
