Lance Armstrong cheated per ex teammate

Tyler Hamilton says Lance was doping with EPO.

I know everyone is shocked that a guy that won so many TdFs in a row cheated.

Hamilton is a liar. He denied drug use over and over again even used some excuse about having a twin that boosted his blood in the womb or some bizarre excuse. Hamilton was one of my favoritve rider until he broke my cycling heart. He should be embarrassed to even be talking about this. I have no idea what they hope to gain.

RCV is right about Hamilton. This guy is the cheater's cheater. Tests positive multiple time over several years for several drugs. Even if he is right, he should just tell the feds and then shut up. It is sort of sad.

Hamilton had one of the most heroic rides I have ever seen, with or without drugs, when he went through the mountains with a broken collar bone. True grit indeed. But the drug thing is a blight on his legacy and he should just stay off the topic in public.
      PLesa excuse the tpyos.

I think Armstrong cheated, but for some reason I'm glad he got away with it. Sort of like when I wanted OJ to get off the hook.

I find myself feeling the same way, well, minus the OJ part.

Hincapie and one other teammate are now corroborating Hamiltons story.

If Hincapie says Lance cheated then imo it's official. My guess is this is coming from Nowitski's investigation?

I agree. Although I've known deep down in places I don't like to talk about, I've always told myself if Hincapie came out that would be the end of hope for me.

I just read the article on espn.com. Indeed this is testimony from the investigation and not some new media interview or Hincapie selling a book. He also says that he himself took PED's. This Nowitski dude is ruthless, saving all the leaks for the TOC.

If anyone wonders why the feds prosecuted Barry Bonds for perjury this is your answer.

To be precise, it is leaked from the Grand Jury that Hincapie corroborates the story. Don't misunderstand, I am not doubtful of the leak, but I am respectful of Hincapie's loyalty, and I think it unlikely that he would say anything publicly unless compelled to do so under process of law.

So Hamilton says he saw Armstrong use EPO before the 99 tour, his first win. Andreu's says that Armstrong admitted to it before he was even sick. I'm curious when Hincapie says it occurred.

Armstrong went through seven tours with everybody trying to catch him cheating and he never tested positive. I'm not sure how you beat the best while they are cheating and you're not but how did he go all those years and not get caught. If I'm him I'm sticking by his story.

Hincapie says he did it with him. To my knowledge Hincapie never got caught either.
