I guess those who thought Gonzaga would bow out early because they aren't "major" enough (or the BYU fan version: they're in our league so they can't be that good) were wrong. I loved how the same media dudes who would bash Gonzaga in one sentence and praise Arizona in the next conveniently never mentioned that the Zags beat Arizona this year..and Florida.. and Iowa State. They had to be a little good at least.Comment

I too am cheering for the Zags to go all the way. I was really hoping St. Mary's beat Arizona. I was glad Xavier beat AZ. I have no problem if you wanted to call AZ the cactus Utes because their fans and school are classless trash, but calling the Zags apple Utes seems like a stretch to me.Comment
