I love how people on Facebook are saying things like, "Pepperdine just played out of their minds", as if this was a random rare one-off occurrence.
I guess UVU also played out of their minds with an RPI of 224.
And Portland last year with an RPI of 250.
And Pacific in Provo last year with an RPI of 265, they also must have played out of their minds.
This isn't even counting the losses in the 150-200 RPI range - there are another 1-2 of those per season over the past 5+ seasons.
Gee, I wonder why BYU is so unlucky facing teams right at the moment that team gets struck by the "play out of their minds" lightning?Comment
