After some close calls, everybody advances. I need a Thursday pick from everyone before tip next Thursday. The list of games is below. I've also included a capture of the complete spreadsheet so you can make sure you don't submit a team you've already used.

I didnt say it was racist. If you bothered to read what I said, you would understand that. Apparently utes aren't the only ones with victimization issues. But it was a pretty stupid example to choose if you wanted to make fun of utes as opposed to make yourself look like you are racist.

We've been doing it since 2013. That year Clark Addison won by Day 3, I think. We only had 13 participants that year, and the buy-in was $20, so rebuys were nil (I think I was the only person to re-buy).

In 2014 we had 31 participants. 5 made it to the second weekend, and Captain won on the Friday of the Sweet 16.

Last year we had 14 make the second weekend, with 8 advancing to the Elite 8 games and three making it to Final Four weekend (where Cap and Parrot Head sealed the deal).

Sometimes it is so much better to just acknowledge a mistake and learn from it, rather than dig in your heels and try to recover when you clearly screwed up. You either: 1) intentionally made a racist joke; or, 2) are somehow so oblivious that you don't know an obvious racist symbol.

It is hard to believe that you don't know that fried chicken is a racist symbol when there have been so many high profile incidents involving it. Fuzzy Zoeller at the Masters with Tiger Woods. Sergio Garcia with his fried chicken comment. Questlove and NBC serving fried chicken for Black history month. There is an entire Dave Chappelle bit about fried chicken and racism, that is really quite funny.

Stop and just admit you were wrong. This has nothing to do with victim mentality, it has to do with not using a historically offensive symbol. Do you think that people who are bothered by the Confederate Flag just have a victim mentality?
