I want him in as long as possible, but it will be fun to see the meltdown when he loses.. The longer he is in the worse the meltdown will be.Originally posted by Surfah View PostThis is hilarious. The SEC coaches are upset their conference only got 3 bids. Marshall Henderson was right, the SEC coaches are losers. I hope Ole Miss goes on a run just so I can watch that d-bag. I still want to punch him all the time, but the dude is hilarious. And since he's no longer in a Utah uniform I find his antics hilarious. That dude knows how to piss off a crowd and get in his opponents heads.Dyslexics are teople poo...

I'm sure I've simply missed the explanation, but I don't understand why the first round games involve teams seeded higher than 16. I assume it's because they take a combination of the lowest of the conference champs and the lowest of the at large selections, but why? Wouldn't it be better to be a 12-seed and play your first game (albeit against a tougher opponent) in the second round, than be an 11-seed and face an equally low seed in round one, followed by a slightly easier opponent in round two?

Bro. No matter how good a team is they can't turn down the chance to visit Dayton. It's a reward of sorts.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostI'm sure I've simply missed the explanation, but I don't understand why the first round games involve teams seeded higher than 16. I always feel like the play in games should be the last 8 at large bids, the 16 seeds that win the small conferences shouldn't have to win again go get there IMO.Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View PostI'm sure I've simply missed the explanation, but I don't understand why the first round games involve teams seeded higher than 16. No doubt. That Calipari couldn't win a game in his high school gym says a lot about how overrated the SEC was this year.Originally posted by CardiacCoug View PostKentucky proves tonight that the SEC actually was awesome this season.

Here is a cool little tourney predictor, giving the likelihood of each team winning their potential games, from the play-in games through the NC game.
Not sure where they get the data or how well it compares to other models, but it is interesting either way.

I'll be checking that out this evening, nice find. My preliminary run through has Louisville winning, I didn't like the pick when I filled it out, like it even less seeing how trendy the Cards are nationally.Originally posted by bluegoose View PostHere is a cool little tourney predictor, giving the likelihood of each team winning their potential games, from the play-in games through the NC game.

KenPom saying that Florida has the lowest chance of not winning. More clearly stated, I have no idea what he is trying to say with his explanation above the data of what those numbers mean.

Boise looks like they're going down to LaSalle after allowing a blistering 63% shooting night. Impossible to win if you do that. Will donate kidney for B12 membership.

Totally missed the venue bonus. I understand now.
