    I said that during the game. If we played like we did in the second half all game everyone would be saddled with fouls and Martineau would be playing.

    Davies was a big disappointment in this game. After his first play I expected a huge night. But he settled for too much stuff away from the paint and when he did operate in the post he couldn't hit. That was frustrating.

      You are right, he was awesome!

      I knew they kept track of those assists in the NHL for a reason!

        True, his mere presence on the court counts for at least 15-20 on any given night. 5-8 while just sitting on the bench.

          St. Marys made 9 total shots in the 2nd half. It is impossible for what you guy are saying to have happened.

            Look, I get it. He didn't have a great statistical night but playing the foil is just making you look stupid. His impact on the game was significant. I think his rebound in the final minutes was the biggest of the night. Of course it was just one rebound so it doesn't matter one iota I suppose.

              Right because points are score simply by making FGs. I get it, CJ. You're right, he didn't have a great statistical night but his impact was significant. If you can't accept that, that is not my problem.

                  I am going to address your first score and stop there;

                  It didnt happen because the one bucket he made was a 3 pointer from a pass.

                    They scored 40 points. They also burned clock down to the last second every chance they could. They also turned the ball over a lot, which I already acknowledged it. Their offense was pretty damn efficient every time mouthguard had the ball in his hands with less than 10 seconds on the shot clock.

                      Thank goodness they don't sell beer in the Marriott Center or this could have been ugly.

                        I'm of the opposite opinion. We few, we peculiar band of brothers quite obviously need at least a moderate amount of beer in a major way.

                          We're going to make a sign Thursday night congratulating Gonzaga and Adam Morrison on his Player of the Year Award, so our sterling rep will be restored.

                            Watch the guy pick up a towel tied in a knot and throw it back at the student who just hit him with it.

                              That's pretty sad. What is Samuelson doing at that school?
                              Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

                              For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

                              Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
