I'm really happy with Josh Sharp. What a great pickup from Utah. The kid doesn't flinch.

Also, WTH happened with Brock Zylstra? He's not sucking. He's skinnier, more confident, and he's the starting point guard?? O happy day!!

Brandon Davies always seems to start from zero every season, but then rapidly ramps up to his potential.

All in all, win or lose, this is a great game to play this early in the season. What a great confidence builder in a difficult arena.

The problem with the team right now, and likely will be an issue until Carlino is eligible is we don't have anyone that can break pressure without passing the ball and nobody that can take a defender off the dribble.

You're right, with Jax or Jimmer in the backcourt we destroy the Aggies. I feel good though that we played about even with lots of scrubs and freshmen playing significant minutes.

I don't see anyone on our squad that can create off the dribble and nobody with the confidence or ability to consistently drive and dish. Hopefully that comes but tonight, I'm concerned. This Utah state team blows. They aren't good. BYU looks sloppy.
