    Hoops in Hoffman Estates IL ....er Chicago!

    Anyone else going to the Chicago tournament with Bradley, Wisconsin and Nevada? I am looking forward to it since it is like 25 minutes from my place. I am excited to see how the young team looks.

    If anyone else is going (I suspect not) let me know and we can get together before, after, or during the games. That is if you are not afraid to meet an apostate but super nice cougar fan.

      locked and loaded for this weekend versus Nevada and either (Wisconsin or Bradley)

      Anyone else making it out to these games? Maybe SJS? I am looking forward to seeing this team in person.

          I haven't looked into this, but is this televised? It would be nice...

                      If I were still in Chicagoland, I would be there with you. The Sears Centre should be a good place to watch some hoops.

                          I'm at the Sears Center. Prarie View and Longwoodplaying now. Arena is EMPTY. Nice venue though.

                                  Me, Little SJS, and some mission president seem to be the only BYU fans in attendance.

                                  Wofford and UMKC are warming up. Wofford fans have been cool, very complimentary of Jimmer. There are no UMKC fans.

                                          The BYU tv stuff is all set up. The Big Ten Network crew is getting plugged in. And Wrubell is setting up his stuff by himself, no crew or help at all.

                                              Is this game in HD for those in Utah? I'm at the in-laws. FIL has dish, but i'm not seeing a way to watch BYUtv in HD on his programming guide.

                                                          Fat Derek Fisher is evidently very friendly with Dave McCann and Coach Cleveland.

                                                          Wrubell is having technical difficulties, and is working feverishly to get his stuff set up properly. He seems very worked up. He barely acknowledged McCann saying hi to him.
