I thought we were done with all these posts a few weeks back, but I guess not.

They are different players. Very different. Jimmer is a fantastic scorer with unlimited range, great stamina (to get such elevation on the jumper late in the game), good handles, and relentless in pressuring the defense.

Andre could be the best defender on the floor, the best distributor, post up whomever was guarding him, get boards, get steals (against their best player), and get to the rack - all in the same game.

'Dre doesn't have the game to garner a lot of press clippings or t-shirts. He still doesn't today; he'll retire among the top ten assist leaders in the history of the NBA, but will never play in an All Star game. To discount the argument, out of hand, that he was a more complete player (the wins against NBA-laden #1 seeds matters) is as unserious as the Utah fans who discount the historical nature of Jimmer's season.

A pure shooting talent that can hit from anywhere with any defense always trumps an assist leader.

Jimmer is Larry Bird, pt II.

        Jimmer > Miller.

You didn't really argue about this or any other sports topic during junior high school but I see your point.

I'm engaging in silliness (my dad can beat up your dad), so I'll stop.

The more interesting argument is whether Jimmer will be a high impact player in the NBA.

SU has stated Jimmer is no better than an 8th round.

I'd put stakes on that. He has the scratch (SU) mas eu duvido que ele tenha a coragem testicular para isso.

These stats prove just how asinine that argument is. Andre Miller is not even on the same level as Juan Dixon, Darren Collison, and Jameer Nelson. He is no slouch but he is nowhere near Jimmer.

If you were a Laker fan like you claim to be a ute fan, chances are you did not watch many games.

He said 70's and 80's. The reading comprehension of Cougar fans in this thread is atrocious. I think all the Jimmer porn is making you go blind.

                            • Wow. Really embarrassing. Ute fans trying to have a pissing contest. I continue to underestimate you guys. Lorena Bobbitt just threw your penis out the window and you want to step up to the plate? Wait until the doctor reattaches it before such activities is my only suggestion.
