it's normally Luther Vandross. But I wouldn't know about this year's because it's 1am in brazil and i just stayed up to watch the worst nc game ever and to see one shining moment--the only reason i really watch the final game--get preempted

It seemed like a lousy remix with really soft vocals. It wasn't very good.

Despite what DDD says, I'm so happy they brought back the Vandross version of "One Shining Moment". The Jennifer Hudson version last year was awful.

I think Vandross must have listened to a bunch of Kenneth Cope-produced EFY "pop" tapes from the early 1990s as inspiration.
