      Ouch. Not what we were hoping for a year ago, but great that AJ came to BYU. Maybe KY will figure out how to build a complete team and not get bitten by the injury bug again.

          This was a very disappointing season but there’s not much you can do when you lose your second best player (and best player last year) and your sixth man plus other injuries. It’s clear we need size and shooting to compete at the top level.

              For sure, Richie was also the glue guy and locker room leader.

              We lost Pickens too. Mrus was a bust. Kostic shouldn't have been expected to carry much as a lightly recruited freshman who needs time to develop.

                Who do we believe will be encouraged to pursue new and exciting opportunities elsewhere next season?

                If I were coaching, I would already have had this conversation on the plane ride back from Portland with Ahmed and Mrus.
