Not sure if this is true, but if there is any truth to it, it needs to be investigated. He's not in the portal and shouldn't be being contacted by other programs with NIL offers. I don't know if it's allowed, but my understanding is that player agents have almost no restrictions on reaching out/contacting programs. I'm fairly certain BYU has been in discussions with players' reps where the player is not in the portal.Jesus wants me for a sunbeam.
