        Josh Jiggy Watkins is the PG and he led his team to the JC title game. I've heard that Cincy has sort of blown the recruiting and it looks good for this kid to head to Utah.

                How many guys has utah signed this year? I thought there was a limit of 5 in one year and 7 in 2. Has that changed or am I just up in the night?

                  It has changed, but I can't remember when. Probably about the same time APR came into existence.
