In the runup to the 2003 BYU vs. Utah football game, Goatnapper, in the spirit of brotherly love, penned a new hymn to spur on the Mighty Utes: "Come, O Thou OCC."
Carried on the wave of this new artistic creation, the Utes won their first OCC in like 500 years. In retrospect, however, Goatnapper's contribution raised the Utah football program and all involved to new heights, much like the City of Enoch. Or Drew Barrymore in Ever After.
Anyway, in the same ecumenical spirit, and with best wishes for the success of the Cougars in this and every NCAA tournament, I humbly offer the following.
To be sung to the tune of "Come, O Thou King of Kings," #59 in the LDS Hymnal.
Boldly, with 80-100 bpm.
"Come, O thou Tourney Run!
We have not had much fun
Since nine-teen-eight-y-freak-ing-one.
We're the champs of one and done.
With thy pug nose,
Hang thou, Dave Rose,
A banner high in BLEACH-ER-DOME!"
