Nice comeback. Keep it up Utes!"The first thing I learned upon becoming a head coach after fifteen years as an assistant was the enormous difference between making a suggestion and making a decision."
"They talk about the economy this year. Hey, my hairline is in recession, my waistline is in inflation. Altogether, I'm in a depression."

This game reminds me of the last game against UNLV where there was one mismatch that the opposition abused all game long. Right now Malcolm Thomas has 25 of their 59 points."The first thing I learned upon becoming a head coach after fifteen years as an assistant was the enormous difference between making a suggestion and making a decision."

We've taken some horrible shots down the stretch. However, this is a team I would be comfortable playing in the tourney as I think we can beat them. Thomas had one of those "out of his mind" games. Not sure that happens on a neutral court."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

"Nobody accounted for the shooter." Ok bub, that was a long rebound. Boxing out the shooter in the lane does very little when the ball is 2 feet outside the key.Originally posted by Jarid in Cedar View Post:swear: AGAIN! :swear:"They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.

IMO, this is the problem of not having "the Man" that you know is going to have the ball to take the big shot when the sphincters start to squinch.Originally posted by DrumNFeather View PostWe've taken some horrible shots down the stretch. Yep yep yep. Brown is working on it and hopefully he'll be there by next season. Watkins sure wants to be, but he needs to learn how to pass and somebody needs to learn to cut to the basket when Watkins gets double teamed.Originally posted by Jarid in Cedar View PostIMO, this is the problem of not having "the Man" that you know is going to have the ball to take the big shot when the sphincters start to squinch."They're good. For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."
