He's been a loser all along. He was one of the Utah GOP's first two major Trump backers, the other being a genuine sociopath in Greg Hughes who hasn't met a grift he did not like.

I was a delegate when Reyes first ran for AG against Swallow and lost in the primary.
At the time, I met Reyes and really liked him - particularly in comparison to Swallow. I was disappointed when Swallow beat him - particularly by the amount he beat him - and I was glad when Swallow resigned and Reyes was appointed to replace him.
But Reyes has had some real head-scratcher moments - like this one. And I don't get it.Comment
