    She won't make a difference as the makeup of the court is still basically the same, with this I agree.

    I don't care what race or gender a nominee is. I only want someone who will base decisions on the law, not personal opinions.

                Yes, I am still defending my joke. It is no worse than what several other board members post on a consistent basis, yet I don't see you calling them out, because usually, these jokes doesn't pertain to you specifically.
