The most Obama has been "guilty" of is saying the police acted stupidly. And he was right!
Didn't Obama then go beyond that into racial profiling and the problem with race relations in the US.

So don't investigate a possible breakin? Even the professor said he had to break into his house. They were following up. And they asked him to step outside to discuss. A friend of mine who was divorcing her husband (drug addict) had a restraining order against him. Supposed he breaks in to his house (his name and drivers license clearly show he's at his house) to take something after the restraining order. Police should walk away? Or does it make sense to question him just to make sure he's there legitimately?

They ask him to step outside to ask him some questions. He goes into racial profiling. Then he goes nuts and they arrest him for his conduct. They later drop the charges. End of discussion. Except for the professor and his friend Obama.

      Just sayin'.
Not only was Bush wrong about him.........but so was EVERY intelligence agency in the world along with the UN. That's why the resolutions. All he had to do is tell the world what he did with the munitions he admitted he had at the end of the Gulf War. Issue over. Or did they simply disappear into thin air?

          That was a question.

I never heard this one either: "In my choice of words, I unfortunately gave an impression that I was maligning the Cambridge Police Department or Sgt. Crowley specifically, and I could have calibrated those words differently. And I told this to Sgt. Crowley," Obama said Friday.

Calibrated my words? Calibrate is probably accurate in this case. He meant what he said but he calibrated wrong?

This was Obama's third point during the press conference which added fuel to the fire.

"what I think we know separate and apart from this incident - is that there is a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately, and that's just a fact."

What Obama may not have known that 95% of the crimes committed against AA are by AAs. It is disproportionate, but it too is a fact.

You are basically hacking Sean Hannity verbatim, which is an awful thing to do. If you are going to troll Gerd-o-rino, at least be original.

It's an interesting choice of words, don't you think? BTW...........I don't listen to Hannity. But apparently you do. And how many of your 10,000+ posts (wow, that is a lot) do you calibrate?

He maligned a cops or some cops. That group is not one of the groups that the media elite would require one to apolozgize to.

I think we have gotten more out of Obama than one could have expected. Anyone with any sense can tell he knows he goofed. Again, he is a politician and did not offend a group that apologies are requied to be given.

Obama certainly isn't the first and he won't be the last President who sticks an entire shoestore in his mouth, especially when one doesn't have the facts before giving themselves athletes tongue.
