Thats cool. I have only looked at the waterfalls of about 50 funds so obviously my experience is limited and there are plenty of structures I have not seen. Unfortunately instead of being the guy that gets carry, I am a guy that has to review the option pricing models used to value the carry for when it gets transferred to an estate.
