      Of course he is.

But he gave away the recipe.

          • Romney says he believes GOP will maintain control of Senate, Trump will be reelected

Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, said he is confident the GOP will maintain control of the Senate, and he believes that President Trump will be reelected in November.

“I'm confident that we will keep the majority in the Senate,” Romney told a group of reporters following a Senate GOP luncheon. “And I actually have long predicted the president will be reelected. I continue to think that's the case.”

Keep the faith, my Dem friends... Romney has been known to "flip flop" a lot on his opinion and has been wrong before in the past.

I tried the the Reed's Dairy Chocolate milk last week. I'm generally not a chocolate milk guy, and it was better than most but it didn't make me a convert. There was something gritty in it, like they put coarsely ground cocoa beans in or something. Maybe that was from the potato flakes. I asked my son what he thought of it and he said that he preferred Canadian chocolate milk. That's the main thing my boys ask for when they go to Canada.

The one thing we agree on is that it was better than what we get at our local grocery store. That stuff tastes like it is heavy on corn syrup to me.

Next time I stop at Reed's Dairy though I will get the ice cream.

              • Mitt Happens!!!

                Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

That is what I did four years ago as my protest vote. Good chance I’ll do it again.

Don't write in Mitt. Follow Mitt's lead, and write in Ann Romney.

                            • Weird how stating the obvious is so newsworthy.

Coronavirus update: ‘No way to spin that,’ Romney says of U.S. deaths, blaming Trump administration

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) offered rare Republican criticism of the Trump administration’s coronavirus response Friday, saying the federal government dismissed the virus’s threat and failed to protect Americans as infections spiraled out of control.

“Short term, I think it’s fair to say we really have not distinguished ourselves in a positive way by how we responded to the crisis when it was upon us,” Romney said in a video interview with the Sutherland Institute. “And the proof of the pudding of that is simply that we have 5 percent of the world’s population but 25 percent of the world’s deaths due to covid-19.”

“And there’s no way to spin that in a positive light,” Romney said.

                              • So Trump has declared Utah as the home of "our worst Senator," which he clarified by saying he meant Romney, not Lee. Trump also said Romney couldn't be elected dogcatcher (what a fresh, stinging rebuke!). It can't be because of his voting record, since Romney has voted with McConnell, Graham, etc., more than 90% of the time. And Romney's approval ratings are higher than Trump's, which suggests Trump would fare even worse in the dogatcher race. Let's hope that's the case.
