Mike Lee knew what Trump was up to, and capable of (even prior to that meeting) and compared him to Captain Moroni, asserting that Trump does not want power.

Trump has done the same thing at times, like telling some people privately that covid was serious and deadly while publicly dismissing it as a hoax.

Classic example of someone who rubber stamped Trumps traitorous behavior. Has he come out publicly and decried Trumps actions? How about when Trump issued his ridiculous statement to GA a couple days ago, a state where Lee attended stop the steal rallies post election, did he say it was wrong and baseless?

This is Trump and his past has been consistent with it but the GOP castrated itself with more speed and urgency than I anticipated.

I love the rationalization of those here who say, I’m still voting for the politicians who carry/carried Trumps water for years but I’d never vote for Trump like there’s any real distinction.

The moment Bernie or AOC or any other of the crazy dems wrestle control away from the moderate dems I will vote straight ticket Republican until the party returns to some semblance of normalcy.

It has to be country over party and the GOP openly supports a would be dictator.

I think pretty much all dictators are certifiable. If you surround yourself only with yes-men and sycophants you end up in a crazy bubble of your your own making.
