I just saw this on Twitter. Eastman was being interviewed by Steve Bannon on the night of January 6th, basically confirming all the important details in that memo:

That thread also documents another Bannon interview on January 2nd where he is arguing the same thing.

Could that memo be fake? I suppose. But everything that memo says was argued multiple times before January 6th. There was a reason why there was a gallows and chants of 'Hang Mike Pence!'.

Also, there should be a law, irrevocably decreed, that if you agree to be interviewed by Steve Bannon that you are declared a hack for the rest of your career.

The lynchpin of their plan is Pence illegally altering the counting process, but they forgot to get Pence in on the plan. So they are traitors AND dumb. I guess we knew that though.

Both political sides suck, a pox on both houses, etc. I get it, and to an extent I agree with it. But right now, in our perpetually broken 2 party system, there is only one party that is playing cute with a significant minority of the population who thought this plan was hunky dory. Sure, the Democrats are grinding towards socialism. But they are not supporting a traitor to the constitution.

Are the two National parties really equally bad? Come. On.
