The liberal protests apparently start at 6pm...
Also, don't forget to scream...

"I honestly believe saying someone is a smart lawyer is damning with faint praise. The smartest people become engineers and scientists." -SU.

Its just an art piece now, not a protest. More of a "thinker".Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Hold on, crazy irrational rhetoric about something a politician is doing? Ive never seen that before, people only use rational logic to talk about the current #notmypresidentOriginally posted by YOhio View PostAlmost seven years ago Il Pad posted a thread bidding farewell to America because of Obamacare. Trump is not your average president by any means. It's not regular old partisan bantering, this guy is a fucking unpredictable idiot and libertine. We have a reality TV star/Twitter troll for our president.Originally posted by HuskyFreeNorthwest View PostHold on, crazy irrational rhetoric about something a politician is doing? Also, there seems to be more Trump apologetics around here than anything these days."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

On Friday, Trump stuck to his guns – with a clarification. “Of course the Australians have better healthcare than we do – everybody does,” he wrote on Twitter. “Obamacare is dead! But our healthcare will soon be great.”But Trump told Turnbull: “We have a failing healthcare. I shouldn’t say this to our great gentleman and my friend from Australia, because you have better healthcare than we do.”

This is an interesting WSJ article (no pay wall!) about the coming Medicaid funding shortfall in an Oregon rural community. It's not mine, but I've seen similar benefits as Medicaid and other insurance companies enrolled new patients. Our hospital's main free clinic saw a sharp decrease in utilization with the increase in insured. We saw less bad debt, just like in the article. There is a sense of better health in the community; I don't think anyone has hard data, but it just feels better. But the bill is coming due, as Oregon now has to figure out how to fund more Medicaid dollars as the federal infusion dries up.

Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

This is exactly what the Repub governors who refused to expand Medicaid under the ACA said would happen.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostThis is an interesting WSJ article (no pay wall!) about the coming Medicaid funding shortfall in an Oregon rural community. What a joke. Single payer for no frills, bare bones essential care and preventive care is the only sane solution at this point.
