DOJ asked point blank if there is any evidence supporting the national security rationale for the ban. They squirm and give a long-winded 'no.' Asked if there was any risk to national security at all, they answered with 'the president made that determination.' When asked if the president's decision is unreviewable, the DOJ takes a long silence and answers "yes." 
The 9th is having a hard time buying the DOJ's argument that Washington doesn't have standing since universities are injured by the ban. Also not buying that it's not just a Muslim Ban with a different name.
