I hate Trump, but . Get over yourself, lady.

But she could not do it, Chamberlin said in the letter, she later posted on Facebook. "I could never look myself in the mirror again with self-respect."

The choir's participation in the inauguration would "severely damage" its "image and networking," she said, adding that many "good people throughout this land and throughout the world already do and will continue to feel betrayed. ... I know that I too feel betrayed."

For the singer, it is a moral issue, she wrote. "I only know I could never 'throw roses to Hitler.' And I certainly could never sing for him."
"There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."
"It's no secret that the great American pastime is no longer baseball. Now it's sanctimony." -- Guy Periwinkle, The Nix.

I just met a former major Republican senate leader at a house party. We got to talking about our local politics, and he mentioned that he was surprised at the level of Trump support in what is a solidly democratic state. I then mentioned somewhat hesitantly that I was republican for some time, but I didn't vote for Trump (this was after he told me he was attending the upcoming inauguration). He laughed and told me he didn't vote for him either! "He's an embarrassment", he said.

Great, she's cashing in her status for political points, whatever they're worth. Such class and dignity.

Why is the president of Affirmation against the MoTab singing? Trump is more pro-gay rights than any president before him, including Obama at his first inauguration.

Maybe he doesn't like Trumps other policies

It is funny though that Trump (a GOPer) is the first president to be pro-gay marriage upon entering office.

He is a better troll than Obama, that much is true. President Obama refuses to use "militant Islam" when describing terrorists because it incenses Conservatives beyond any reasonable level but I think it also added to what I call "the coalition fed up with the absurd." That was a key component of Trump's electoral victory. Doing crazy stuff like this on Twitter stays much more small ball in that most folks will never hear or read it - but to those he wants to troll it gets there and is very effective.

Donald Trump: 'No computer is safe,' so use a courier instead
                      [...]
"You know, if you have something really important, write it out and have it delivered by courier, the old-fashioned way. Because I'll tell you what: No computer is safe," he said.
Commentary: Ringing in the New Year, the president-elect says that computers aren't to be trusted and that he'll reveal new details about Russian hacking.

I wonder if Drumpf realizes he is using a computer every time he posts crap on twitter. Most likely not but apparently he knows a lot about hacking... LOL:

Saying that accusing Russia is a "pretty serious charge," he added: "I know a lot about hacking. And hacking is a very hard thing to prove, so it could be somebody else."

I have found nothing to laugh or smile about when it comes to the Obama Presidency. I am just hoping a jackass loudmouth can do a better job than President Obama.
