Twitter idiots calling for assassination of Trump and Pence.

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

No this must be wrong. I was assured by smart people (topper, creekster, 71) that trump would be an ok president because he would surround himself with good people.Originally posted by Uncle Ted View Post

You were not assured; we hoped he would do that and I am swearing up a storm if she is selected. I loathe Palin as a ditz. I am a pariah and considered dumb. Just ask old greg.Originally posted by Applejack View PostNo this must be wrong. I'm not shocked either. Trump's entire campaign was strategically based on creating an atmosphere of hate, divisiveness and disenfranchisement. Of course there are going to be riots when he's elected. Of course there will be those calling for his head. He threw down the gauntlet. If there are takers, then so be it.Originally posted by frank ryan View PostI'm not shocked but that is still disturbing."The mind is not a boomerang. There are plenty of nasty bigots and stupid, uneducated people on the right, but more on the left would celebrate a military takeover of the government if their man or woman were in control. There are many on the left who really don't believe in representative government; what's more important is the environment and income equality. I think a much greater proportion of people on the right actually believe in and celebrate our system.Originally posted by frank ryan View PostI'm not shocked but that is still disturbing. When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

Eh maybe. I think the reason for the marching is that people are literally afraid of what Trump will mean for them and their families. Has nothing to do with sportsmanship. It's heartbreaking.Originally posted by SeattleUte View PostThere are plenty of nasty bigots and stupid, uneducated people on the right, but more on the left would celebrate a military takeover of the government if their man or woman were in control. Yeah, there was very little evidence of Trump surrounding himself with good people during the campaign...in fact, mostly the exact opposite.Originally posted by Applejack View PostNo this must be wrong.
