Well, I guess it is better than sending them all to San Francisco or something to wait.
    The 9th Circuit? That's surprising.

Yes, given the ruling came from the liberal 9th circuit court of appeals it is very likely to be overturned by the conservative supreme court.

Why would that be better? Oh because they are likely to be murdered there in Mexico where there are fewer protections for refugees? True colors everywhere you look.

An injunction was reversed. The 9th hasn't heard the case on its merits.

Because Pelosi said she doesn't want them there. I guess her and her constituents hate people with brown skin. Why is there much hate for brown people coming from the left?

I go to Mexico all the time... haven't been murdered yet. In fact, the Dems think Mexico is so safe they want open borders. Ask "Skateboard Jesus" Beto.

Yep, true colors as you say.

Thanks for the link to the editorial in Fox Business to prove Pelosi 'doesn't want them there.' That's actually just mentioning that Pelosi called Trump a dick for playing games with refugees by "threatening" to send them to so-called 'sanctuary cities.' Nothing stating that she 'doesn't want them there.'

How great for you that you haven't been murdered at your resort in Cabo, you obtuse dickhead.

Oh, so Pelosi and all the dems have no problem with sending them there? Good to know. We can send some to her district instead of keeping them all stacked up down at the border.

LOL... be nice now. We don't want to be calling people names. JL doesn't like that.

We don't 'send' them anywhere. They're paroled into the country once they confirm an address of loved ones and they go there to await their asylum hearings in their local jurisdictions. The only people 'stacked up and down at the border' are the people indefinitely detained on a bullshit misdemeanor unlawful entry charge in hopes they will abandon their asylum claims and people that are outside the border in Mexico unlawfully denied the opportunity to apply for asylum.

So the vast majority of the asylum seekers have family and all those cages the Obama administration built are not needed? Obama must have hated brown people.

They are not denied... In fact, I am sure they had lots of opportunities to apply for asylum in Mexico in their journey across the country.

If Mexico is so unsafe why doesn't the Dems want to fund border security? I don't get you Dems.... On one hand y'all bitch about making immigrates (who have been offered asylum in mexico) stay in Mexico while they wait for their asylum claims to be heard because it is too dangerous or something. But on the other hand y'all don't want to fund border security to protect the good citizens of this country from that danger spilling over the border. Y'all need to work on this talking point a lot more before the debates.

Hey, I got an idea... instead of the house dems trying to impeach Barr for not giving them the full Mueller report (which is interesting in itself) how about they work on a big, fat immigration reform bill with all their time instead?

Two out of the three judges on the motion panel outright mocked the government's arguments. W. Fletcher, appointed by Clinton, said "The Government is wrong. Not just arguably wrong but clearly and flagrantly wrong." Watford, said "(One suspects the agency is not asking an important question during the interview process simply because it would prefer not to hear the answer.) As the record stands now, then, it seems likely that the plaintiffs will succeed in establishing that DHS’s procedures for implementing the MPP are arbitrary and capricious, at least in the respect discussed above."

They felt the district court's injunction was too broad. That's all the success the Administration got.

You're having a tough time here. You don't understand that Mexico is a very hostile environment for vulnerable groups in Central America that would seek asylum in the U.S., particularly indigenous groups. I know you didn't experience the same thing when you went to Cancun, but just think it through a little.

You think the problems Mexico's government and law enforcement has are transferable to the U.S. via osmosis? That a thicker barrier would stop it? What "danger" is spilling through the border? I know that's what Trump says so you are legally obligated to repeat it, but if you actually have an answer, I'm all ears...

Oh and what a novel idea to try to get immigration reform passed. I'll send that up the chain. https://americanimmigrationcouncil.o...otect-dreamers

It is the same "danger" that we need border security for or do you agree with Beto, etc. that we should just have an open border (and undermine any attempt of establishing border security? Y'all can't have it both ways. Either there is a danger on the other side of our southern border or there is not. If there is not then we we should just take down what little border security we now have in place and make it look more like our northern border. If there is then we need to secure our border. Make up your minds about if Mexico is dangerous or not.

It is kind of like the argument the dems have for the new green plan... So we don't kill the planet we need to stop off burning stuff for energy. Well the sun doesn't shine everywhere all the time and the wind doesn't blow everywhere all the time. But for some damn reason you Dems don't want to consider nuclear whatsoever. Y'all are killing our planet and nuclear is the only practical solution! It is like you don't want to listen to the scientists or something. When y'all get actually serious about climate change by fully embracing nuclear power let me know. Please hurry up because Beto says we only have about 10 years left!

So you think we have an international border principally because of "safety issues" and that requires a physical barrier? Nothing to do with establishing our territory and domestic sovereignty? Again-- you seem to think that a government that struggles to protect vulnerable people -like Mexico's- is contagious. And you declined to specify what danger is spilling through the border that Trump wants us all to be afraid of. He says it's criminals, rapists, and MS-13-- all of which are ridiculous, unsupported assertions. I appreciate that you declined to take that bait and side with him on that lonely sandbar of a position, but I also noticed that your argument has reverted to being philosophical.

Let’s also note his philosophy is literally anti-Libertarian as judged by that party’s platform.
