Hegseth says it's important that everyone sees there are serious consequences for committing terrorist acts, as if anyone thinks otherwise. If he wants to diminish terrorist acts is he truly so stupid that he thinks publicly executing terrorists, for whom publicity is vitally important, will make them think twice?
