Minnesota has moved all of their schools online until Feb. 14th (I read that last night...don't know if I have the date exact).
So it appears that the school districts are preparing for an escalation.Comment

Don't disagree. It does sound like he went through some assessment and was allowed to return from his injury and being dragged 50 ft by a car etc. Sheds light on that and proposes the question of the assessment.
