Absolutely brilliant and unlike so many diatribes I've listened to this week, it was direct and given without a hint of pandering (IMO).

I also think the nervous media member who asked the question needed to change his underwear after that. He likely expected a truncated dodge and instead was treated to an epic rant.

Meh. I liked what Doc Rivers said better, which was critical yet constructive.

We may need to establish a separate thread for the new President's tweets, but until then, here we are. Open war on the lamestream media.

          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

I agree. For now, he's somewhat reserved, but the Trumpness is still there:

Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

And he promptly got a 3 and out. What a metaphor.

                              Steve Bannon is an embarrassment.

This is reassuring. A rational, reasonable position to take.

Republican President-elect Donald Trump said he’s “fine” with same-sex marriage as the law of the land, calling the issue "settled" by the Supreme Court.

The comments – in his first television interview since winning the presidency – sharply contrast with his party’s orthodoxy, his running mate’s longtime position and comments the New York Republican made during the primary.

“It’s law,” he said in an interview with CBS’ ‘60 Minutes’ that aired Sunday. “It was settled in the Supreme Court. I mean it’s done.”
